-You should insure the package for the full purchase price. The client is responsible for insuring returned merchandise.
-If you have decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, please DO NOT REFUSE THE POSTAL DELIVERY.

-If you are returning the merchandise please do not write Jewelry, Gemstones or any other identifiable luxury item word in order to protect the package against possible theft during transportation.
